Unless a dispute would be governed by an applicable arbitration clause, you irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in United Kingdom and hereby waive any objection to the convenience or propriety of venue therein or any similar grounds. If you are dissatisfied with these terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the IC-FX Sites.
